Pricing questions
Do I pay for AI usage on top of my plan?
No. When you bring your own model key, inference is billed by your provider directly — Coffee never marks it up or proxies it. Managed inference on Team and Enterprise is metered transparently at cost.
What counts as a teammate?
Anyone with a seat in your workspace. External guests you invite to a meeting, doc, or booking are always free and never count toward your ten.
Can I switch plans or regions later?
Upgrade or downgrade anytime from workspace settings; changes prorate to your next invoice. Region pinning is available on Enterprise — talk to us and we’ll move your workspace.
Is there a discount for annual billing or nonprofits?
Annual billing is already baked into the listed Team price (save ~20% over monthly). Nonprofits, educators, and early-stage startups — write to [email protected].
