You own what you put into Coffee. You grant us only the rights needed to host, sync, and display it for the service.
Acceptable use
No illegal use, spam, malware, unauthorized security testing, reselling of Coffee, or content that abuses other users.
AI features
Coffee’s agents call third-party model providers. Bring-your-own-key usage is also subject to your provider’s terms. Review what an agent does before acting on it.
Fees
Paid plans bill in advance. Non-refundable except where law or your order form says otherwise. Price changes apply at your next renewal, with 30 days’ notice.
Termination
Cancel from workspace settings any time. We may suspend for material breach with a 14-day cure period (immediately for serious abuse). You get 30 days to export after termination.
Disclaimers & liability
Service provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Aggregate liability capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
