What we collect
Workspace content you create (you’re the controller). Account info needed to operate your seat. Operational telemetry for reliability — 90-day retention. No ad-tech identifiers. No cross-site fingerprinting.
How we use it
To run the workspace, bill correctly, keep it reliable, and respond to security incidents. AI features run against the model you pick with the key you supply — we don’t feed your workspace into a public training pipeline.
Where it lives
Four region-isolated stacks: London, California, Singapore, Sydney. No silent cross-region replication. Pick a region at signup; your data stays there.
Your rights
Access, correct, export, restrict, or delete — directly in workspace settings or by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
Material changes are emailed to workspace admins 30 days before they take effect.
